I’m turning 30 come Sep 2010. Since I’m turning big 3-0, I want do something for myself to celebrate this significant event.
This list is in a growing stage so I may add on whatever interesting/exciting/exaggerating/stupid ideas that pop into my mind. So far these are what I have in my mind:
1. Change my name. When a Singapore citizen turns 30, we are required to change our NRIC. Since I always wanted to remove my dialect name and include my english name, I will take this opportunity to do that.
2. Get a tattoo. I want a feminine yet not so cliched design which can accommodate my chinese middle name (馥). It’s a beautiful word and it means “fragrance”. Ironically, though I hate my dialect name, I adore the chinese characters of my name.
3. Go to a new country, to explore, to experience, to indulge, to immerse. Achieved!
4. Waiting patiently for my hair to grow to the right length so that I can get a nice, bouncy curls. Time to look feminine.
5. Do something different. It can be anything
6. *GASP* Get married….hahahhaha. It looks pretty promising but don’t think it will happen this year. But well, hope is free 
7. To be MORE feminine…hahahahhaha (Should this even be included in this list?)
8. To come close and personal with the penguins I always think they are one of the cutest animals on earth (other than panda and chinchilla..heheh). If Singapore Zoo permits, I would like to spend some hours with these cute little fellows, maybe to feed them as well.
